EXPOSED OBNAŽENÝ
A music-theatre concert show
about the courage to be yourself.
“Every performance eventually ends.
The love of theatre never does.”
Otto Weiss | EXPOSED
About the production
EXPOSED is a music-theatre concert show in which Otto Weiss uses music, stage imagery and personal texts to reveal the different layers of his life and his own artistic identity.
The individual songs do not form a conventional concert programme, but a continuous dramatic arc that moves from silence and searching through memories, loss, love and freedom towards self-acceptance.
Live vocals, choreography, lighting design, movement and silence come together as a single theatrical whole. The audience is not merely observing a concert, but becomes part of an intimate yet expansive personal statement.
The world of EXPOSED
EXPOSED is not a sequence of songs, but a journey built from music, light, movement, space and emotion. Every element has its place, and together they form one continuous theatrical story.
Production
EXPOSED is conceived as a cohesive concert production for seven performers, bringing together live vocals, a dance and acting ensemble, musical backing tracks and precisely timed technical cues into a single whole.
Scenography
The stage remains open, clean and dark. Its fixed points are a central microphone, four stage lamps and haze. The empty space is not an absence of scenography — it is a deliberate canvas on which each image is shaped by emotion.
Costumes
Costume is not decoration, but an extension of the personal statement. The visual language works with elegance, natural simplicity and transformation between intimate and expansive moments. The clothing allows the person, movement and light to take centre stage — not the costume itself.
Direction & dramaturgy
The direction does not simply place one song after another. Each piece is a chapter in its own right, growing out of the previous one and preparing the next. Silence, movement, stillness and transitions create a single dramatic arc from searching to self-acceptance.
Lighting design
Here, light takes the place of conventional scenography. It transforms space, time and the performer’s inner state. Working with beams, backlight, depth, haze and complete darkness, it becomes a fully fledged storyteller throughout the concert.
Gallery
The gallery will be published after the premiere of the concert show EXPOSED.

On Stage
NOT EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE SEEN.
